个人简介

周激流教授现任成都信息工程大学校党委书记,是国务院政府特殊津贴专家,国家科技进步奖、国家技术发明奖评审专家,教育部、四川省、山西省等省部委科技进步奖评委,教育部高等学校教学指导委员会软件工程专业委员,教育部计算机科学与技术专业教学指导委员,IEEE Senior Member

周激流教授是四川省首届天府青城计划科技领军人才入选者,四川省学术与技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献优秀专家,四川省教学名师,中国图形图像学会智能CAD与数字艺术专业委员会副主任,中国人工智能学会智能CAD与数字艺术专业委员会副主任,四川省计算机学会副理事长,四川省计算机用户协会副理事长,成都市第十三届政协委员。

周激流教授主要研究方向为:人工智能,智慧气象,计算机图形图像处理,分数阶微积分算法及其在信息处理中的应用。主持包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、973 子项目、863 项目、教育部博士点基金项目在内共 40 余项国家级和省部级科研项目,在国内外核心学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文 200 余篇,其中 SCIEI 检索 180 余篇次。获国家发明专利 15 项(授权),出版学术专著 5 部(英文 1 部),先后获国家自然科学奖二等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖、四川省科技进步奖一、二、三等奖,四川省教学成果一、三等奖等。
